Delivery and Service Terms
Confluro is a cloud-based software service (SaaS). The service is delivered entirely electronically, so no physical product is shipped and no shipping process applies.
Method of delivery
Once your payment is approved through the PayTR payment infrastructure, the purchased plan is automatically assigned to your account. Delivery takes place inside the application you access with your own username and password.
Plan features become active immediately after payment approval; no installation or physical delivery step is required.
Delivery time
- For credit and debit card payments, access is opened immediately (within 30 minutes at the latest).
- For bank transfers, the plan is activated on the same business day once the transfer is identified.
- If access cannot be opened due to a technical issue, we resolve it within 3 business days of your notice or refund the payment.
Shipping
Because the service is digital, no shipping fee is charged, no courier is used and nothing is shipped to a physical address. For this reason we do not ask for a delivery address, only billing details.
Invoice
The invoice for your payment is issued by TOMORROW HR DANIŞMANLIK EĞİTİM TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. and sent electronically to the e-mail address given during sign-up. Contact us for any correction to your invoice details.
Subscription period
Plans are sold on a monthly period basis. The period starts on the date the payment is approved and runs until the beginning of the next period. If you do not wish to continue, you simply do not renew at the end of the period.
Access problems
If your plan is not activated after payment, e-mail destek@confluro.com with the payment date and transaction number.
