Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support e-mail address.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period you are in. You keep access until then and are not charged for the following period.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. A Confluro subscription becomes usable immediately after payment approval and falls within this scope.

Even so, if you have not used the service at all (no activity in the application after purchase), we refund the full amount for requests submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Cases not eligible for refund

• No partial refund is made for periods that have already started and been used.
• Payments belonging to accounts closed due to a breach of the terms of use are not refunded.
• Access granted free of charge via coupons or campaigns is not refundable.

Refund process and timing

Send your refund request to destek@confluro.com together with the payment date and transaction number. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days and the outcome is communicated to you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original card or account within 14 days at the latest. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank.

Incorrect or duplicate payments

Duplicate or incorrect charges caused by a system error are refunded as soon as they are identified, without requiring a request.

Dispute resolution

If your request cannot be resolved, you may apply to the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the applicable monetary limits.
